Lauren-Lucy Grafton is an international education consultant specialising in UK 11+ and 13+ admissions, selective Year 7 entry in the UAE (including competitive pathways for schools such as Dubai College), and advisory support for families relocating between the UK and United Arab Emirates. Her expertise spans school placement, interview preparation, academic development, curriculum planning, and bespoke private tuition solutions for British and international families.
Lauren-Lucy has worked in education since 2012, beginning her career in the UK before relocating to Dubai in 2016. She served as Head of Mathematics for Foremarke / Repton Prep Dubai, one of the region’s leading preparatory schools, giving her direct insight into the academic and pastoral expectations of top-tier independent and international schools. Alongside this, she has contributed to the national education sector in the UK by writing published educational resources for the UK government, supporting curriculum development and classroom practice across the country.
In 2015, Lauren-Lucy became one of the youngest educators in the UK to be awarded the NPQSL (National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership), recognising her leadership capability early in her career. She went on to complete her Master’s degree in 2018, specialising in education with a dissertation focused on the impact of embedded technology within classroom-based teaching and mathematics instruction, reflecting her interest in innovative, evidence-based practice.
When families feel overwhelmed, we slow the decision down — and the outcome improves.

Lauren-Lucy transitioned fully into consultancy in 2019, later establishing her own company, which grew over six years almost exclusively through word-of-mouth referrals from high-net-worth, UHNW, and VIP clients. Her practice has developed a reputation for absolute discretion, strategic clarity, and highly personalised guidance. In addition to admissions and placement, she supports families with sourcing full-time tutors, governesses, and homeschooling staff, and designing personalised learning programmes for families living internationally.
She has successfully placed pupils at leading schools across the UK and UAE, including but not limited to: Eton College, Harrow, Wellington, Marlborough, Cheltenham Ladies’ College, Downe House, Lady Eleanor Holles, Brighton College, Repton, RGS Guildford, and a range of other highly selective boarding and day schools.
Recognised as both a UK Ofsted and KHDA ‘Outstanding’ practitioner, Lauren-Lucy has spoken at national education events in the UK and the Middle East and is known for her ability to bridge academic expectations across international systems. Her consultancy approach focuses on informed decision-making, calm and strategic preparation, and helping every pupil present the strongest version of themselves at assessment and interview.
