Jane Allman

Jane Allman is an experienced educator, outstanding practitioner and dedicated private tutor with a proven track record of helping pupils achieve exceptional academic progress. With extensive experience across both the UK and UAE, Jane specialises in delivering personalised, one-to-one tuition and group sessions tailored to each child’s individual needs, using both the British and IB curriculum.

As a former Assistant Head Teacher in Dubai, Jane has led whole-school improvements in teaching and learning, raising attainment and progress to ‘Outstanding’ levels. She has a strong expertise in assessment, differentiation and exam preparation, ensuring pupils are fully supported to reach their potential and beyond.

Jane is passionate about building confidence as well as academic success. She creates engaging, structured lessons that inspire curiosity and independence, while maintaining clear communication with families to support progress. She is also passionate about incorporating real-life learning and personalising lessons for her pupils, including their interests wherever possible.

Alongside her educational career, Jane is a former professional squash player who has represented England and competed at national level. This background underpins her commitment to discipline, resilience and high performance and are values she instils in her students.
