Join the Grafton Network
At Lauren-Lucy Grafton Education Consultancy, we are defined by a commitment to “Outstanding” education. As we expand our reach across the UK and the UAE, we are seeking exceptional educators who view tutoring not just as a service, but as a high-level consultancy.
We work with families who demand the best. Our tutors are more than subject experts; they are mentors, strategists, and advocates for a child’s long-term academic success. If you possess a deep understanding of the UK and international school systems and a passion for transformative teaching, we invite you to explore a career with us.

Education
The Grafton Standard
We are looking for practitioners who embody our core values: Discretion, Expertise, and Calm Guidance. To be successful within our network, you should ideally possess:
Empathetic Excellence: The ability to build immediate rapport with students while maintaining high expectations.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent professional tutoring experience.
Specialist Knowledge: Expertise in 7+, 11+, or 13+ entrance exams (ISEB, CAT4, CEM/GL) or GCSE/A-Level mastery.
International Perspective: An understanding of the unique transition between the UAE and UK independent school sectors.
Current Opportunities
Entrance Exam Specialists: (7+, 11+, 13+ Focus)
Our Specialists are the architects of academic confidence. You will provide bespoke preparation for the UK’s most competitive independent school entry points, moving beyond rote learning to master the nuances of ISEB, CAT4, and CEM/GL assessments. You are an expert at decoding data to identify a student’s “learning gaps” and transforming them into strengths, ensuring every child walks into their examination room feeling prepared, calm, and capable.
Senior School Consultants: (GCSE & A-Level)
As a Senior School Consultant, you provide the high-level academic rigor required for success in the terminal years of secondary education. Beyond subject mastery in GCSE, iGCSE, or A-Level curricula, you act as a strategic mentor—helping students navigate revision techniques, exam board specifications, and the pressure of high-stakes testing. You are a specialist who can translate complex concepts into “Outstanding” results while fostering intellectual curiosity.
Relocation Mentors: Specialists in UK/UAE school transitions.
Relocation Mentors bridge the gap between two of the world’s most prestigious education hubs. This role is for educators with deep boots-on-the-ground experience in both the UK independent sector and the UAE private school landscape. You will guide families through the practical and emotional complexities of international transitions, advising on school culture, curriculum alignment (e.g., shifting from IB to British), and the specific entry requirements of “Outstanding” rated institutions in both regions.
