We are looking for practitioners who embody our core values: Discretion, Expertise, and Calm Guidance. To be successful within our network, you should ideally possess:
Empathetic Excellence: The ability to build immediate rapport with students while maintaining high expectations.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent professional tutoring experience.
Specialist Knowledge: Expertise in 7+, 11+, or 13+ entrance exams (ISEB, CAT4, CEM/GL) or GCSE/A-Level mastery.
International Perspective: An understanding of the unique transition between the UAE and UK independent school sectors.
